Joanne has studied Erik Daltons MAT method since 2014 and holds her degree as a MMT. Joanne has followed Grey Cook since 2011 and is Certified through Functional Movement Systems in SFMA, FMS, YBT, FCS, Clinical Integration and breathing. Joanne has hundreds of various hours in Orthopedic, Myofascial, Taping, and human movement trainings.
